Neutrals Spring Time Baby!

Its finally here, Spring that is! Lets clean out our winter clothes from our closets and make way for more fun, colorful clothing! I've noticed a trend of monochromatic color schemes! Super cute. Just stick to one color palette of like colors and you've got it. Pastel and gold jewelry adds a nice compliment as well!

Valentines Day 02.14.13

Hey everyone! I hope you all are having a wonderful day of love regardless of if you have someone or not! Its all about spreading love and being happy! You could be loved by parents, children, siblings,  significant others, or friends. Whatever you do just be happy and spread love. No negative Nanny's on this blog! My husband and I have been together for 9 years now (married 2 in April) so its not a big deal. Im kind of simple. Just give me sweets, a balloon, some amazing food and Im happy! Plus, when you're always used to be treated well you don't ask for much on one day. Anywho, finally took new pictures and also some v-day love photos to follow! Enjoy - Folshi

Accessories in Demand 2013

This year its all about the arm candy. Boyfriend watches with chunky gold bracelets/necklaces and accents of other pops of color are in, in a huge way! Floral head crowns are making a big stamp. Kind of a hippie chic if you will. Futuristic holographic shoes, clutches and handbags; Bracelets with inspirational words upon them; Harness and knee braces worn as key style staples to make any outfit stand out even more. Some accessories are still in demand this year coming in from 2012: skulls, spikes and crosses on everything. For a while, i thought these two would just be a fad but this is a staying trend. I kind of like it.

Advice Post

HI Fashion Blogger:

Do you have any tips for women who like the effect that wearing heels gives them (i.e., height, sex appeal) but find it uncomfortable to wear them?

T.Denise :)

Hey T.Denise,

Thanks for asking a question! I would suggest wearing wedges, heels with a platform, or the type with a thick back heel. They both have flat bottoms, so your foot is actually elevated but still has the comfort and stability of a flat shoe. Also, i find Dr.Scholls clear inserts very helpful for those "oh-so-cute-but-hurt-like-hell" heels. lol Here are a few example of cute but comfy fashion forward heels. Whatever you do, DO NOT WEAR KITTEN HEELS (3 inches) they are fashion suicide! Hope this helps. lol
